Sammantha
Rodriguez.
Sammantha started Rodriguez Family Law PLLC in San Antonio for a simple reason: a family going through a legal change should be heard, not processed.
Licensed since 2019, she has experience litigating divorce, custody, and property division. Every matter begins the same way: listening to what matters most to you, then explaining your options in plain language so you always know what comes next.
Her goal is to help clients tackle life’s biggest challenges — and to help them and their family transition to “new normal” with confidence.
She believes you should leave a conversation with a lawyer feeling clearer than when you walked in — informed, heard, and ready for the decision ahead. When she is not in the court room, Sammantha serves the community as President of the Mexican American Bar Association of San Antonio and helps foster rescue dogs.

How do I begin the divorce process in Texas?

How is child custody decided?
